Did you purchase your digital files on Etsy? Follow these steps to download your digital items.

I can’t click the buttons in the PDF I downloaded.
If this happens, you’ve likely opened the PDF in a program that doesn’t support this feature. I recommend always opening the PDF on a computer using an official PDF program. Adobe Reader, for example, is free to download. Once you have this program installed, you can right-click on the file and select ‘open with’ to open the file with Adobe Reader.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email / I lost my download email.

If you haven’t received an email, it likely means that the email ended up in your spam folder. So, please check your spam folder first. If the email isn’t there either, it’s possible that it’s being blocked by your email provider. No worries! You can still access your downloads in another way. If you”ve placed your order some time ago and lost the email, you can follow the steps below as well.
- Go to Isleoftemplates.com and go to the my account section.
- Log in. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email address. You will receive a link via email to reset your password. This email might also end up in your spam folder.
- Still not receiving an email? It’s possible that there was a mistake when you entered your email address, or your provider is blocking all emails from me. In that case, please send an email to hello@isleoftemplates.com. Mention what you’ve already tried, and I’ll make sure you’ll receive your downloads as soon as possible.
- Were you able to log in? Go to ‘Orders’ in your account and click ‘View’ next to the order you placed. You’ll then see the screen below, where you can download your templates under the ‘Download’ section.
I’ve lost my invoice
Please follow the same steps as described under the section I didn’t receive a confirmation email / I lost my download email. When you’ve opend your order, please scroll down. You’ll find a button at the bottom of the page to download your invoice:
