Refund Policy
It is not possible to return purchased templates and digital products or courses, nor can you make use of the right of withdrawal. Digital products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal because these products are delivered in full immediately after payment. The customer can then use and save the template on his or her computer. Therefore, returns are not possible.
When placing an order, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal. This is communicated to you in the following ways:
On the checkout page, the following text is displayed: ‘ I confirm that I have read the refund policy (found at the bottom of this page) and am aware that, due to the fact that our products are digital items, cancellations, returns and refunds are not available’.
In addition, the following article is included in the terms and conditions:
Article 8 No refund policy: When a customer purchases digital products or services, such as templates or courses, through the website, they acknowledge and agree to waive their right to withdrawal upon completing the order and payment. Once the digital product is purchased, the right to cancel or withdraw does not apply. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
How do you know for sure that you are buying the right template for you?
To help you with your choice, I assist you as best as possible. For example, the description of a template specifies exactly which pages are included in a template and/or what you need for a website template. I also mention what you still need to purchase to make the template work. Additionally, demos are available for the Canva templates and WordPress themes. This way, you get a good idea of the template you want to buy. Lastly, it is advisable to consult the following page: How do the templates work?
